Birdville is excited to announce our summer school dates for the 2023-2024 School Year. 91ÊÓƵ³ÉÈËÍøÕ¾ hopes announcing these dates will help families plan for their summer vacations if they know their child may be attending summer programming. More program details will be added soon.
Elementary Summer School
June 3-June 13, 2024- Monday-Thursday

Bilingual and ESL Summer Programs
Bilingual and ESL summer programs are free to the family and are open to qualifying elementary and secondary emergent bilingual (English learner) students who currently attend Birdville ISD. All bilingual and ESL programs focus on enhancing a student's English language development through academic content to prepare students for success at the next grade level. Parents/guardians of students who qualify for the bilingual and ESL summer programs will receive an invitation with a registration form.
PreK-K Bilingual Students
May 28-June 27, 2024- Monday-Thursday
June 19, 2024, is a district holiday

Grades: Pre-K-Kindergarten- by invitation

Credit Recovery (Fee $100) and Acceleration for Original Credit (Fee $150)

Labs are open from 8:00 am- 12:00 pm
Edgenuity Courses will open on the student portal to prepare students for End-of-Course exams. To receive credit for an EOC (End of Course) Prep course, the student must complete all sections of the course and get at least 70% or higher on the assessment. Courses are offered for all end-of-course exams listed below.
EOC, End-of-Course, Testing: June 18 & 20 2024-The school counselor will inform students of the tests that need to be administered.

Bridge
A four-day program is offered on June 3-6 for CAB, Collegiate Academy of Birdville Students at Tarrant County College in the CAB classrooms.
Launch (Formerly Boost)
The four-day program is offered July 30-31 or the first week in June for CAB, Collegiate Academy of Birdville Students at Haltom High School.
