    Items you may want to bring:

    • sheets, blanket, pillow, sleeping bag. (bed is provided but you need to bring the rest)
    • toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, etc)
    • extra snacks (meals will be provided)
    • any games (corn hole, cards, uno, footballs, soccer balls, etc)
    • drinks (water, coke, DP, etc)(no alcoholic beverages are allowed)
    • flash light
    • proper clothing for various weather conditions
    • anything else you can think of that you might need
    • Fishing Poles and gear (small stocked lake and Brazos River to fish in)

     

    I am very excited to about this year’s father/daughter retreat.  This year we will be going back to Camp El Tosoro in Granbury, TX.  I would really like this to be a time to get to know each other and for you to be able to spend quality time with your amazing daughters/niece’s/etc.  The purpose of this retreat is to get our athletes to spend some quality time with the male figure in their life, spend time with teammates, and the men to get to know other parents.  One of the things this camp offers us is that all meals will be included.  Below is a very flexible plan of events, but I wanted to have some sort of plan.

    Saturday, December 14th

    9:00am – 11:00am                           Arrival, unpacking, exploring, games, etc.

    12:00pm – 12:30pm                         Lunch

    1:00pm – 4:00pm                             Structured Team Building Activities

    4:00pm – 6:00 pm                            Free time

    6:00pm – 7:00pm                             Dinner

    7:00pm – 11:00pm                           Free time (bonfire, s’mores, games, cards, night hikes, etc)

    11:00pm – 12:00am                        cabin time, lights out at midnight

    Sunday, December 15th

    8:00am – 8:30am                             Breakfast

    8:30am – 10:30am                           High Ropes Challenge Course

    10:30pm – 11:00pm                         Clean cabins and all surrounding areas (we must clean very well)

     

    This year the cost is $60.00 per person ($120.00 for two).  That price includes all meals, cabins, activities, and ropes course.  You can pay by:

    Cash or check - Players can give money to me and I will get it to the booster club (Please make all checks out to RHS Soccer Booster Club by December 14th)
