  • Approved the donation from:  

    • Porter Elementary PTA to Porter Elementary. 

    Approved new course offerings for the 2025–26 school year. 

    Approved the Tarrant County District Appraisal fees for 2025.  

    Approved the Section 179D allocation to EMA Engineering & Consulting. 

    Approved the sale of surplus real estate property. 

    Approved the sale of the Rumfield property.  

    Approved the naming of the Richland Center to the 91ÊÓƵ³ÉÈËÍøÕ¾ Administrative Complex.  

    Approved the design development phase for the District’s warehouses and the Birdville Administrative Complex. 

    Approved the School Health Advisory Council membership.  

    Approved the adoption of the resolution approving the requirements of the Public Funds Investment Act. 

    Approved budget amendments.

    • Lea Park & Play, Inc. for playground equipment at Mullendore and Smith elementary schools. 

    Approved the contracts for:  

    • Playground replacements at Hardeman, Porter, Holiday Heights, Walker Creek, Birdville, West Birdville and Smithfield elementary schools with Lea Park & Play, Inc.; 
    • Lee Lewis Construction, Inc. for white boxing various areas at the 91ÊÓƵ³ÉÈËÍøÕ¾ Plaza; 
    • Fuel purchase through Texas Association of School Boards Energy Cooperative; and 
    • Security guard services from Jet Security LLC. 

    Approved the final payment to:? 

    • MRB Contractors for roofing projects at Walker Creek and Spicer elementary schools. 

    Approved the guaranteed maximum price (GMP) and CMAR contract amendment with Lee Lewis Construction, Inc. funded from 2022 Bond funds for Phase 2 of HVAC projects.

  • The board met in special session on December 16 and took the following action:
