Approved the associate superintendent of finance & auxiliary operations or similarly titled District position to calculate the District ‘s tax rates and provide the required information for the appraisal district for their website. 

Approved the resolution for self-certification of increased micro-purchase threshold. 

Approved the settlement agreement regarding flooring at Haltom Middle School. 

Approved budget amendments. 

Approved the bids/purchases for: 

• Classroom communications infrastructure from Progressive Technologies, Inc.;
• Large equipment for Child Nutrition from Supreme Fixture Company, Inc.;
• Dish machine replacement at Birdville High and Snow Heights Elementary from Ace Mart Restaurant Supply;
• Interactive flat panels for elementary campuses from Delcom Group;
• Local retail and groceries from multiple vendors; and
• Concession supplies for athletics from multiple vendors. 

 Approved the contracts with: 

• Education Service Center (ESC) Region 11 Contracted services and Master Interlocal Agreement for 2024–25;
• Multi-Region Purchasing Cooperative for Child Nutrition from multiple vendors;
• MSB Consulting Group for Medicaid medical consultation and billing;
• Dickies Arena for graduation ceremonies;
• Imagine Learning, LLC for renewal of the Edgenuity Online Learning software;
• Renaissance Learning for renewal of STAR 360 Universal Screener software; 
• Tyler Technologies, Inc. for renewal of MUNIS software maintenance and support; and
• Laser Security Response, Inc. for armored car services.
