Approved the Birdville Regional Day School Program for the Deaf (RDSPD) Shared Services Arrangement Agreement.

Approved the bid/purchase for:?
- Prekindergarten, fourth- and fifth-grade furniture for the Academy at C.F. Thomas from Indeco Sales, Inc.;
- Nursing supplies and equipment from multiple vendors; and
- Athletic supplies, equipment and uniforms from multiple vendors.
Approved the contracts with:
- Weaver and Tidwell, L.L.P. to perform the District’s annual audit;
- Tarrant County Election Administration for the May 7, 2022 joint election;
- Howe/Wood & Company for District real estate; and
- MSB Consulting Group for Medicaid billing and consultation services.
Approved the contract for the purchase of the property at 4051 Denton Hwy. in Haltom City.

- AP Gulf States, Inc. for the construction of Haltom and Richland middle schools.
